I haven't even felt up to doing a vlog this week. Mostly because my mood shows on my face & hair and I look shocking!
I have not done well this week. I have over eaten again. I am raiding the kids chocolates and feel like I want to go into hibernation. I am in urgent need of some walking time! I need to get out of the house, get busy, and fill my brain with good hormones instead of filling my belly with Cadbury's. I only earned 10 active points this week. I'd like double that. My walking buddy messaged me today to arrange a walk for tomorrow and I've said yes. I would have gone to town at least anyway, but there's a good chance we'll go a lot further if the weather is fine. I can deal with cold, it's wet that causes a problem because of my wearing Freddie. He doesn't have a waterproof that will do the job.
I have checked my weight on and off through the week, which is not something I normally do, but I needed to ram home the truth that my nibbling was affecting my weight loss. Especially now that I have lost 7 points with Freddie eating solids now as well as having breast milk. I have wavered half a pound up and down all week - actually logging a bit of a loss on Thursday - but today is my official weigh day and I wound up with a Stay The Same. Not great. But it could so very easily have been a hefty gain so I'm content with that. Content-ish...
I'm trying to get positive. Here's what I did right this week:
- Kept tracking even with the nibbles
- Walked Jack too & from Beavers instead of driving
- Walked to town once, even though I didn't feel up to it
- Even though I have snacked, my actual meals are still right
- I DIDN'T GIVE UP!
I need to keep going! Here are my weeklies.
- Me: STS
- Hubby: -1 lb
- My total loss since Nov 2013: 56lb
- 4 stone lost since Nov 2013! (Only 19lb to go!!!)
Things I have learned this week:
- WInter is still my enemy and I need to get out of my rut!
- Dropping 7 points in one go is really hard!
- I am NOT a QUITTER!
Targets for this week:
- Get used to having 7 fewer points a week day!
- WALK! Hit my target steps Mon-Fri (it's only 6000 FFS!)
- DRINK!!!! Damn it!
Facebook has changed it’s policy for posts to Facebook pages like mine. They are only showing posts to a few likers unless I pay to boost the views. Since I don't earn money from my blog (or at least not much, not even enough to buy one posh a coffee a week) I wont be doing that. The best way to make sure you will see my blog posts is to subscribe by email up there on the right. I usually only email once a week and include an invitation to my blog hop so you can share your posts too.
