Groggy, but good

Errrghhhh...... Do you ever get that feeling, where you're head is wide awake, but your body just wants you to sleep? That's how I feel this morning. Yorkie isn't at work today, so at 7 this morning the alarm did NOT go off. Guess who woke up at 9 mins past 7? Yep..... ME! A real case of *PING!* - *I'M AWAKE NOW!* And I could have done with out it really. I went to the gym yesterday, and even though I didn't get on the X-Ramp, I did work hard. And my body is letting me know today. But when my head is as awake as it is this morning, I can't just linger in bed. I HAVE to get up. So I have. Mind you, it's not all bad. I do have work to do (when I've finished messing about on here) and I do have to get my ass into town to post off some orders, do some house work, and I suppose, go food shopping at some point. Not exactly a fun packed day, but what can you do? At some point today I should - hopefully - get some stock arriving. I've got some Viking packing

The hang over is finally gone!

Sunday was a BAAAD day! Ohh...... Not well at all, lol, but it's all self induced, so what can you do? Yorkie failed to go to work! Normally I'd kick off about that - I'm very worried about him losing his job if he doesn't turn up like that, espcially when they know he was drinking the night before, BUT it seems that EVERYONE who works there takes the piss a bit when it comes to "sick" days, so I hope he wont get into too much trouble. It will be very unfair if he does! I couldn't get my head round anything though - we slept through most of the day. I couldn't even sort my self out long enough to be any good on the computer! (wedding blog #2 was a cheat - I wrote it today and back-dated it so it would fit in, lol). We didn't get dressed until almost 9pm - and only then becasue we HAD to take some DVDs back to BlockBuster before 10pm. But I'm glad we did, because if we hadn't, we would never have seen this little chap here! On our way back i

Ray & Sarah Wedding - Part 2

My camera skills.... not good anymore! I am SO gutted that this photo has come out blurred! However, I am asking if I can pay for a copy of some of the very very nice photos that Gary took instead. But anyway - here they are! The happy couple, Mr & Mrs Ray and Sarah Houton! It's such a shame that the wedding cerimony - which was planned so beautifully - didn't have a few more Catholics involed... You see, they had a Chatholic wedding at our local Cathedrol. And no one knew the words to any of the hymns, no one knew the correct responses to the Fathers speeches.... BUT the brass band who played the music for the hymns were wonderfull and very nice to listen to.... and we did TRY to sing the right words in the right places to the right tune.... The father was getting VERY pissed off with us all, saying before the last hymn "and if we could ALL SING hymn number....." blah blah blah... Sorry guys, but so few of us have any real religion that we really did come unstuck

Ray & Sarah Wedding - Part 1

This is me pissed up - having a mid-do-changing session for todays wedding! Can't you tell I've been drinking! OK - So I'm home for a few mins, having got changed for the night do I am now awaiting Fran & Simon's phone call to gert my arse out of the house and down to the spar for a lift back. Yorkie Stautes put (sensible bloke) Will post photos - but beware - am listening to Green Day, Sissor Sisters and god alone knows what else! Am a bity on the tipsy side.........................

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!

It's my birthday today! I'm 26!!!! And I'm not too happy about it either, lol. It seems these days that - like Christmas - birthdays are for kids. They just stop being fun when you get older! or maybe that's just me..... But I've done rather well out of it! Dad sent me £150.00 which paid for the car CD player I bought last month, Mum gave me a cheque for £200.00, which I will no doubt spend of clothes, make up and beer, Nan sent me £20.00 of M&S vouchers - which I spent on make-up and bath stuff (very nice), John gave me a pink wire cat sculpture - now taking pride of place in the front room, and Andrea called round with a beautiful Pocket Dragon to add to my growing collection! BRILLIANT! Poor Yorkie had no idea what to buy me so we went into town so I could choose anything I wanted. DAMED if I could find ANYTHING that I wanted! Lol, so he bought me some of my fave Thorntons Champagne Truffles (YUUUUUUUUUM!) and then went home and ordered series 3 of 24 from Am

MM Hell!

Every day that I'm there I resent it more ad more! Yes, that's right, I've been to MM again. Two days in a row too! I should never have had to go in today, but that's how it goes now, right? I went in yesterday morning so I could knock together any lists Glenn would need for my orders, and our eBay shop has been suspended! Apparently die to "missing or false contact information". Now, I know the information is correct because I haven't changed it, so I am guessing (as have others I talked to) that people have tried to call and because there is NO ONE in the office any more they aren't getting their calls answered. I tried to call Glenn and let him know but he wasn't answering his phone to me again. So I texted him. He hates texts, but I don't care. He needed to know, and more to the point, HE is the ONLY one who can fix this problem! eBay needed various personal details which I do just not have. After about half an hour he called me back, where

Family Fun!

You know, I used to be really good with a camera! What went wrong??? Why are the plates on the table in focus, and every thing else isn't? Weeeerrrr! At least I know I can get good photos from Tony and Dave to look at and enjoy. Well, anyway, on Friday night me and Yorkie went down to see his folks. We stayed with Tony (his step dad) and Jenny (his sister). It was Nick's birthday this week so we went for the family party. And it was great! I love staying there, me and Tony talk for HOURS, and he always makes me feel good about my self and relaxed. He also given me some good advice on computer stuff to help with my business! The party was great fun too, loads of food, a BBQ that set on fire, inflatable goals posts that almost killed Yorkie and Dave to inflate - and Yorkie got his inside out! Kids EVERY WHERE , Nicky, (a lass Yorkie went to school with) was there with her two little boys who are about the same age as Chris and Nick, and there are more toys than a toy shop, so yo

Shopping on a hot day

Gahhhh, I hate shopping. I really really hate it! Especially on baking hot days like today! And especially when I can't find what I want! I needed to buy a Power Ranger Dino Thunder Cycle and Figure (any but the white one) for Chris, and a singing Barney the Dinosaur for Nick. Power Ranger was a piece of cake. Went to woolies, there they were, ever colour you want, so I picked up the red one. Done. But Barney....! Barney must be out of fashion or something, because damned if I could find one! Even the rocking horse shop didn't stock them. Argos did, but they didn't have any in. Nightmare! I need it for tomorrow! If only Yorkie had got off his butt and rung his sister weeks ago like I asked him too, this would be sorted! I don't have Rachels number, but I do have Jenny's. OK, so it's the wrong sister, but I figure she'd know what else we could get and sent her a text. I hung around town for a long as my parking ticket would let me waiting for a responce, and

Going back on my diet

Gah... I look rough today! Went to work at MM on Saturday, and stayed all day, and didn't do anything! Lol! Well, I've been workig from home and it was Andreas last day. So we nattered all day, oh, and we joined Weight Watchers again! DOOOOOOOOOM! It needed to be done. Last year I did WW for about 4 or 5 months, and I dropped from 14 and a half stone, to 11 and a half. I kept it off until Feb this year - when the shit hit the fan, and now I'm 12 12 again! ACH! So I've gained more than a stone again in six months. It's time to knock that on the head and get back to being trim. So I'm counting points, making sure I go to the gym twice a week, and making sure I work out at home too. After all, I have a trampet, an exsercise bike, god knows how many dance mat games.... I can still get a good half hour in every morning on the days I don't go to the gym. SORTED! BUT I'M SOOOOO HUNGRY! I know that'll pass in a few days when my body gets used to it again. N

Nice communications

What a nice day I've had! I found an email in one of my old account from my college mate Angelina, my Nan called for a nice long chat, and my GWS order finally turned up! It's gonna be REALLY confusing in my inbox soon though! I now have two old friends emailling my again called Angie W: Angela Wainman, and Angelina Wilson! I love talking to them again though. I've known Angela almost all my life, and me and Angelina got on so well when we were taking our mulitmedia class. It's good to chat to people again. It was great hearing from Nan too. I really should call her more often. It was her birthday on the 10th. She loved the flowers and chocs I sent her. I'm gutted that Dad seems to have forgotten to send her anything again. So typical that he's so wrapped up in his whole France thing that he forgot his mum. Having said that - in the past he aranged for something to be sent, and it went missing. I slated him for forgetting, and he hadn't, so I guess I'll

Dress 1

I LOVE this dress! Idealy I want one with straps - with my bust, I need the security of a good bra, not a strappless one, so something which is a blend of these two dresses would be PERFECT!

Dress 2

Having re-thought the lilac flower dress I saw near work the other week, I have found some dresses with red in, so that I'll look my best in that red room! Here's one of them.

Red Room

This is the room where the wedding happens. It's so beautful too! Although I've had to re-think the dress I was planning on. Some how I don't thing that anything with a lilac flowe pattern on will work well in a red room, lol!

Towneley Hall

We agreed on Towneley Hall! Look at that for a place to get married! Isn't it wonderful!!! What an amazing place to have wedding photos too. Even if it's raining on the day, photos in side will be as beautiful as any taken outside in the sun!

Strange Communications

Woooh! This top makes me look FAT! Wahhh! I love this top too!!!! It's been a bit of an odd day. I had to call into MM to sort out a package for America that can't be sent from the office. Cause, it's Tuesday, so SHE was there. And she was nice as pie!! No questions about my dropping my hours and working from home, no mention of Andrea AT ALL! And I was expecting the 3rd degree! In fact - she gave me a big fat slice of ginger cake - which I love. It was a bit heavy, but the guesture was noted. And mused over......... This afternoon, I'm tapping away at the pc and my ex Shaun pops up on messenger. We chat - I'll always talk to him if he contacts me, although I don't go out of my way to start a conversation. Here's a bit of the convo: Shaun says: Hello you Charlie The Future Mrs Walker!!! (no, Really!) says: Hi Shaun says: Mrs walker indeed - big congrats again Charlie The Future Mrs Walker!!! (no, Really!) says: Lol, I meant to change that! Cheers Shaun says:

Lonely Weekend?

Well, that's it. He's gone. T_T Just to Amsterdam though, on Ray's stag do. I dropped him off at Ray's last night and went off to mums for the night. Like I said, she's finally got all happy-happy-joy-joy about my wedding, and has managed to get some info on Towneley for me ( and the staff discount! WOOOO!) So we went though some of that last night. Today we went into town for a quick poke about, and stood stairing into wedding dress shop windows for a while. I've not quite got to the stage where I'm ready to start tryng stuff on, but I think mum was hoping I might suggest it, lol. Maybe next time! But I'm home now, and it's just starting to sink in that I'm home-alone until late Sunday. *SOB* Not that I have to be. All I need to do is pick up the phone, but I'm not in the mood tonight. I fancy nipping out for some food, and sitting in front of the TV for the rest of the night. I'll do some calling around tomorrow, maybe have a shopping t

Monday Morning Coffee.....

HOME BEFORE WORK: Ohhh, god! I really don't want be at MM today. I feel like shit and I'm sure it's only because I'm going in. I had the strangest set of dreams last night too, including attending an art / geography class in the MM top office, and finding out all the people I could never relate to at UCSM where in that class (which I think comes from my fear about being "alone" at MM once Andrea goes). There were also bits of dreams that I remember, like shopping in charity shops, bumping into a girl from UCSM that used to be a friends - not a close friend - and both of us bragging about our relationships, and other random odd stuff like that. And I don't feel like I've had any sleep! AT MM NOW: Driving to work this morning i had one of my chillout CDs on, and by the time I'd parked up I was feeling suisidal! It doesn't help that I know I'll be without Yorkie this weekend. I want him to have a good time and everything, but I'm going to
