Well I went back to work today. And do you know.... it's like I was never away! Which is a good thing!
I do have a new role in the company (as I always do when I come back from maternity leave) and I am really excited about this one. I am now in the HR role! The Boss gave me my job description - it's a lengthy one - and I am really looking forward to getting stuck in to this. I have training courses and all sorts of stuff coming up. It's going to be hard work, but for the most part, very very interesting!
Naturally I wont be able to blog about work much (or at all if I want to be safe) so expect me to post a little less often for a while, or at least until I settle into this work/life balance again. 9 months seems like a long time when I'm trying to get used to a change in routine.
I can - however - show you some of my little friends who keep me company at my desk (thanks to the Hubby and the Kids!) Need to feel at home while I work!
Facebook has changed it’s policy for posts to Facebook pages like mine. They are only showing posts to a few likers unless I pay to boost the views. Since I don't earn money from my blog (or at least not much, not even enough to buy one posh a coffee a week) I wont be doing that. The best way to make sure you will see my blog posts is to subscribe by email up there on the right. I usually only email once a week and include an invitation to my blog hop so you can share your posts too.
You can also go to my page, hover over the “liked” button and select get notifications. Then you will see my posts and status updates in your notifications. Mumma Walker on Facebook
