Last night the Cubs went to Kendal Snowsports for a spot of night time dry slope skiing.
It was flipping FREEZING for the parents and leaders, but the kids had blast. They started of small, but were soon skiing down the starter slope with relative ease.
I'm especially proud of my Tom, who only a year or so ago would have been far too nervous to even TRY skiing, never mind whip up and down the slope with his mates with such a big grin on his face.
This is why my kids go Scouting!
